This blog is all about creating happy scenarios in the workforce. People ask me all the time "what do you do?" I create happy scenarios. My superiors make the request to set up a meeting, conference or call and I make it to happen. Everyone knows about the techical in IT; my job is to create a balance and I call that creating a happy scenario.
As an administative assistant; I toe the line between management and clerical and it is always a balancing act.
